We charge a Fixed Fee for Planning | • Our team working on this event with our full team for planning, managing & executing for the above-mentioned dates from the day of confirmation. • Our team would be suggesting, hiring, coordinating and managing all the agencies, material, professionals & performers required for your Event. • We would take care of the Logistics, Hospitality, Décor, Entertainment, F&B Supervision, Value Additions & Wedding Ceremonies. We would be involved from the planning & conceptualization stage to the execution and post Event Closure stage of the Event. • Our TEAM for the Event dates would consist of the following – Inclusive of Fees o TEAM: 2 Senior Management + Sr. Executives to manage the following Departments – Logistics, Hospitality, Entertainment, F&B, Hampers + Gifting & Productions over the days mentioned + other professional team members necessary for the smooth functioning of the event o Creative Planning of all Events o RSVP’s calling & Management along with Hospitality & Logistics o Work as per shared Scope of Work |

• All other Payments towards the Artists / Productions / Décor & other vendors to be made to the Vendors to be done as per the following (In case the vendors are booked by us).
o All Artists Payments – 50% at the time of booking & balance before the show
o All Production & Other vendors – As per Contract and Mutual Agreement.
o Terms & Conditions with the vendors / Artists will be done mutually followed by contract with them.
o All Purchase items to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• 25% As advance Payment at the Point of Appointment
• 25% on 1st Week of February
• 25% on 2nd Week of March
• 25% balance before 7 days of the Event
In the event of a complete lockdown of all services and events of any size not being allowed by the Central, Maharashtra & Goa government owing to COVID-19 restricting all kinds of travel due to which the wedding cannot take place and is postpone; our services of planning and management will available for the next dates.
In case the wedding is reduced we shall be reducing the actuals costs of the team & manpower expense as given in the annexure will be charged on pro rata basis.
Other than lockdown we do not pay back 25% advance to the client. It is charged as cancellation fees to the client.
